Questions, answered
How much snow before you plow?
Seasonal customers are plowed once accumulation reaches our service depth, and we are happy to adjust it for your property, such as plowing sooner for steep driveways. Per-storm customers can call or text any time they want us out.
Do I have to be home when you plow?
Not at all. Most of our customers are asleep or at work when we arrive. We just ask that you move vehicles off the driveway where possible so we can clear it fully.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on driveway size, access, and whether you want walkways and ice melt included. Seasonal plans are one flat price for the winter, and per-storm service is billed by the visit. Call or request a quote and we will give you a number up front.
Can you clear my property before I arrive for the weekend?
Yes. Our Pre-Arrival service is built for second homes, cottages, and rentals. Let us know when you are coming and we will have everything cleared before you get there.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Ludington and the surrounding lakeshore communities, including Scottville, Pentwater, Manistee, Hart, and Shelby. If you are nearby and do not see your town, ask us. We may be able to fit you in.
